Baiqi Refund & Return Policy

• If, due to our negligence, your delivery is different from your order (e.g., product error), you may request a return or exchange.

• If you change your mind, you may also request a refund, provided the product is unused, clean, unopened and in its original condition and packaging.​

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

• Earrings and other pierced jewellery

• Customised or personalised items

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

• Returns must be sent back within 5 days after your return request has been confirmed.

• Returns received in unsatisfactory condition or lost in the post will be rejected, and the customer will be held responsible.

Please ensure that all returned jewellery meets the following requirements​

• The item must be unused and in perfect condition.

• All original tags must remain attached and undamaged.

• Items must be returned in their original size, without any alterations.

• All original components must be included. Sets must be complete and not partial.

• The jewellery must be returned in its original packaging, including the jewellery box and pouches.

• Returns must be securely packaged in a cardboard box; returns sent in envelopes will not be accepted.
